30 Days to Return

We have a 30-day return policy from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ninelittlemoments.com. Please be sure to provide a detailed description of the issue along with pictures. If accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send you package. Item sent back to us without submitting a return will not be accepted. Please note, we do not cover any shipping cost unless it is deemed our error.

Damages and Issues

Please make sure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not offer any exchanges or any type. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on the original form of payment method. Please remember it can take a few days for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
